Edis Subasic is the Founder and CEO of Srtified Group, a multidivisional conglomerate based in Arnold, Missouri. Under his leadership, Srtified Group operates across automotive and construction sectors, delivering integrated solutions and exceptional service through its specialized divisions:
Srtified Autosports: a trusted used car dealership offering quality vehicles and transparent ownership experiences
Srtified Autocare: a premier repair shop and collision center delivering meticulous, customer-focused auto services

Muharem “Kurt” Kurtagić — Chief Operating Officer, Srtified Group
Muharem Kurtagić brings a rare blend of international experience, military service, public sector leadership, and technical expertise to Srtified Group. Trained in residential and commercial electrical systems in Europe, Muharem began his career in the aftermath of conflict, serving as a police officer in Sarajevo where he also translated for U.S. diplomats aiding national rebuilding efforts.
His dedication to public service led him to a 25-year tenure with the U.S. Department of State, including work at the U.S. Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. During this time, Muharem underwent extensive training to protect high-profile personnel, including briefings related to safeguarding senior leaders and VIPs. His commitment and performance earned him Permanent Residency in the United States in recognition of his service.
In June 2024, Muharem relocated to St. Louis, Missouri, where he joined Srtified Group. Since joining, he has been a pivotal contributor to the company’s growth, leveraging his deep technical expertise, rigorous safety standards, and cross-cultural leadership to elevate project execution across our automotive and construction divisions.
Beyond his professional achievements, Muharem’s global perspective and disciplined approach to problem-solving inspire teams to deliver excellence, exceptional safety, and reliable results for clients and partners.
Charles “Charlie” Bone — Construction Division Lead, Srtified Remodeling & Contracting (Srtified Group)
Charlie brings 30+ years of hands-on construction know-how to our team, guiding every project with practical, down-to-earth leadership. He spent his teen years as an apprentice for Johnson’s Home Repairs, where he learned core construction practices that set the foundation for his career.
His journey then took him to the East Coast, where he led crews on big developments and floor build-outs for nationwide projects. Over the years, Charlie has steered custom residential builds and commercial buildouts for clients including Walgreens locations, CVS locations, and Edwards Jones Investment locations. He’s got deep knowledge of codes, building practices, and safe, efficient project management.
Charlie is also a military veteran, having served in the Army during Desert Storm. His service instilled discipline, teamwork, and a steadfast commitment to excellence—values he brings to every project at Srtified Group.
Today, Charlie oversees Srtified Group’s construction initiatives, mentors project teams, and keeps quality craftsmanship at the heart of every job. His practical, approachable leadership and commitment to client satisfaction are the core drivers of our construction division.
